Maybe if I could stay awake past 930 I could write a blog entry. It's not like im not getting sleep. Sam is a trooper at pulling the all night sleep fest. I think I must be making up for all my insomnia for 9 months of pregnancy.
Sam is 8 weeks today. 8 weeks in I think I have officially diagnosed mike with post partum anxiety along with failure to adapt.
I'm kidding sort of.
Yesterday was a stressful awful family trip to the Columbus zoo. It was a free Kroger day at the zoo - it sounded like a fun day out to enjoy the last of summer. That was, until we couldn't find my name badge to get in free. That was, until we forgot sunscreen. No problem, we stopped at CVS. SHIT, we forgot the baby bjorn, oh well. That was, until we loaded up the stroller and mike realized he forgot to put the cooler in the car -- with all our lunches and drinks. We DID however remember both kids. Eli says his most favorite animal at the zoo was the ducks, which we have in our backyard. We walked all the way to the monkeys and Eli kept looking at the puddle of dirty water in the cage instead of the monkeys.
Next year it wi be better. :) easier.
10 days til I go back to work. Probably about 12 days until mike let's me go part time.
I really am not a stay at home mom kinda girl -- it is a LOT of work and I crave the social interaction too much. I have felt ready to go back for the last few weeks, but now that it's actually time -- Im thinking I could find social interaction elsewhere. Like Facebook. Or skype. Or one of those mom groups that meet at the park or the mall.
Oh but then I would have to give up my online shopping addiction if I had no income. It's a lose lose situation.

We are headed to Mogadore. I can't wait to take an over abundance of Anna pictures. And Sam and Anna pictures. I've taken an unusually small amount of pictures the last few days. I'm not sure if it's the narcolepsy or
lack of iPhone access since Eli has it all. the. time.
