Can I share with you the best part of my day today?

I was about to take Eli's picture in the bath tub 

when he rediscovered his boy boobs.

how can this NOT make you laugh??

We had a fun day today, the two of us. 

We didn't do much besides a little cleaning 

and a trip to the grocery store.

This is what it is like to ride in the car with him... the WHOLE time.

Eli picked out a baby watermelon (his new fav) and he carried it around like it was his baby. 

He put his sticker from the cashier on it over and over. 

Little boy likes him some watermelon.

I cut it up and put it in a bowl for him...

and he actually drank the juice at the end.

I have a countdown on my google home page and it says 912 hours until my c-section. 

that doesn't seem like that many, right?

My favorite thing is to sit on the floor and play with Eli and it is no longer possible. 

At least not for longer than 2 minutes and not if i want to get up. without assistance.

he tells me 'mama sit' and points to an exact spot on the floor he wants me in. 

I am ready to have Sam strapped in my baby bjorn and be able to sit wherever eli tells me.

We sit up at the bar a lot and he is ok with that for now.

22 months today.

but still so much a baby...

I don't know if you read the blogs at the bottom of my page ever...

but one of the girls is from Akron and has struggled with infertility for a long time (way longer than us.) She has a 3 year old, had twins in 2010, and has another on the way a few weeks before Sam (surprise! No more infertility!) 

She lost one of her twins immediately after birth (Evelyn) and just lost Ainsley this week after 16 months in the NICU.
