Today was a much needed day off to regroup and spend some quality time with my mom and the boys.

eli, dripping his raisin bran milk all over my shirt and sam's head

look who decided they like salad tonight at dinner? 

and edamame.

we went to polaris, eli picked out a new race car at the toy store, we avoided the germ factory play place like the plague.

Instead, we went to wildwood park and to whit's for sea salt caramel hot fudge sundaes after.

yum.

Sam was a trooper and napped and ate and went along for the ride. 

No ice cream for him just yet. 

But soon sammy, very soon, you can try your first solids.

Today, while in the double stroller together, Eli covered himself AND sam up with a blanket. (or 'cover up you' as eli calls it.)

Could he be deciding to let Sammy stay after all?
