Let me paint you a picture.
Eli has been really good with Sam lately, really good... and i really think it is a combination of Sam interacting more, and "time-out" is working. (although not so much the time out is working part.)

Eli got a little excited like he tends to do, and for whatever reason, he starts getting rough with Sam.
Mike marched his little butt over to the corner, and there he stands, like it's his job.
It's really quite funny.
He stands there, nose in corner, until we tell him he can come out.
Today though, he started talking to himself, or to us? or to get attention?
Mike yells -- ELI! NO TALKING!!!!
Eli yells back ELI!! NO TALKING!!!!!
silence.
a few minutes later. Eli says "eli come out now?" a few times.
Mike yells -- ELI!!!------
but before he can finish, eli yells back "NO TALKING!!!!"
ha!
