pete and repeat

Do you see any resemblance?
Photobucket
No? Me neither, really.
But if you lived with me... you would know that I ACT just like a parrot.
I repeat pretty much anything once.
Somethings I repeat in the wrong context.
Like "thank you". . .
I thank you when I hand you stuff.
I've learned to say "please" when I want something.
And now there are quite a few things I CALL "please" once I have them.

But I'm learning.

I rub lotion on my face, scrub my body in the tub.
Mommy's favorite?
I like to wipe things with a rag.

What can I say? I've learned from the best.
We like to keep things tidy around here.

I'm still a really good dancer.
My favorite song right now is "if you're happy and you know it".
I really like the clap your hands part.
Mommy tried to get video, but we always listen in the car. And she has to, you know, DRIVE.

Life pretty much revolves around books while I am awake.
My tractor book, of course, which has been upgraded to quite a few new books with tractors in them.
But I will read anything.
I pick a book, ooh and aah over it like it is the most exciting book I've ever seen, and then I back up until I plop down in your lap.
And I expect you to read it when I do that.
Not just read, but read and point.
And if you don't, I will move your hand on the page until you point.

Check out my double wides..

We are expecting a slim down soon - since I have decided I don't like every food anymore. Or really, most foods.
Eating has become a challenge for mommy and daddy.
I like to keep it real, so if I don't like what you feed me, I let you know.
I either spit it, smash it, throw it, or all of the above.
We tried black beans on a whim and I love them.

I take good care of my teeth.
I have 4 more on the way to make that 16 teeth. 16! ?

After this, Mommy swears there are none left until my 2 year molars. So that means I am safe for almost a year... right?

We are headed north to see my people this weekend.
I am excited to see them all since it has been awhile.

Here is miss Gracie singing her sunshine song... I miss her.

Enjoy your Labor Day Weekend.
