all good things must come to an end. ..

like the end of a really good popsicle.

it always seems to break off before you are ready,

either on the ground or in your mouth, burning your teeth.

we had a really fun morning playing in the walmart pool we got.

but that too, came to an end.

kind of abruptly.

once i realized eli was swimming (and my feet were soaking) in some brown water.

gross.

And just like that, the weekend is over already.

Eli and I had a fun day today, and he made me laugh a lot.

he told his juice bye bye when i made him leave it in the house.

he also told my shoes bye bye when we left them outside.

bye bye mamas shoes.

He's getting sentences out, just missing prepositions.

(I don't really know what a preposition is, but that sounds like the right word.)
