It's the final countdown

I think I could get used to being home with Eli all the time. It's definitely a lot of work, almost if not more work than BEING at work. But his brain is exploding right now and it's so much fun to watch.
Everything is ELI DO (still pronounced we-why) and he gets really mad if you try to help him. We bought little plastic
squirt guns in the dollar bins at Target today --- and they have provided more entertainment! --- he taught himself how to squirt them because I wasn't allowed to touch them.
My belly has become his shelf -- for racing cars down the hill and sticking stickers on it and using it as a pillow to watch Dora. (yes we watch Dora.)
I think he might be bummed out when I come home from the hospital with my completely flat stomach and rock hard abs.
8 more days. That's 192 hours. I haven't counted hours since mike was away at OU.
