we had such a great weekend!

who knew, packing up 2 kids? not that much harder than one.

we got to visit with all kinds of family all weekend long.

Sam met everyone and Eli had a 2nd birthday celebration.

everyone is still recovering from all the fun.

 

I think Sam was passed around about once every 2 minutes.

Good thing it's not flu season...

and also a new record for best sleeper in our house.

so far...

Now Mr. Eli and his almost 2 year old self...

he loved himself some cake.

and loved licking the frosting off those cars.

he's been asking me all day today if his cars have cake on them...

and then he licks them anyways.

he got lots of gifts that are things that move...

trucks, tractors, etc.

it's no longer acceptable for me to tell him everything is a "tractor."

the boy wants specifics.

back hoe. bulldozer. cement mixer.

hello, i'm a girl...go ask you're father.

eli even got a surprise visit from firefighter Andy Hiner!

my family is the greatest!

I'm so glad we made it to Mogadore for markie's party!

living far from home definitely makes you appreciate what you have to come back to.
