these boys decided mommy needed a few extra rounds of diaper changing today. It seems that just because I'm at work most of the time to PAY for their diapers ... They are trying to keep the score fair on poopy diaper changes. Every time I turned around today, someone had shit in their pants. We are running low on diapers at Mimi's because,for once, I didn't overpack.
No one seems to be under the weather. But again, just giving me my fair share.
We drove to Mimi's yesterday after spending some time at Polaris. I had no room in my packed car for the stroller-- so I braved it and took both boys to carters AND stride rite with nothing but my own two arms. The boys did really good and Eli was holding my hand through the mall like a nice little boy. It helps that's he's scared of strangers so he isn't his crazy rambunctious self in public. Sam just smiles at everyone and kicks his little feet. It's amazing how one afternoon of good behavior and things going smoothly that my brain instantly thinks ...maybe I could have ONE more?!
I also think that same thought when they are asleep.
We played outside Thursday in the SUNshine! I cannot wait until spring to get these two outside and playing.
We soaked up some sun but the temperature is no where near warm yet. Sammy's little teeth were chattering by the time the sun started setting.
New this week ...
Eli says "watch this mommy" before he does ANYthing. Watch this big bite mommy. Watch this monster truck drive mommy.
Sam is OBSESSED with standing. He is definitely walking before he crawls. He has no interest in crawling whatsoever.
Eli is a collector of all things. Also known as a hoarder.
Tomorrow morning our little Samuel finally gets baptized. Pics to follow...
