For the love of all things holy...
this boy
is now an official catholic.
and he looked pretty dang cute while doing it.
we had a short little ceremony Sunday after mass with my cousin Fr. Don at St. Matthews.
Sammy even participated a little ... once with a loud burp and later a hmmmmm? when he was told he had to live a life free of sin (or some comment that he felt was questionable.)
He didn't even lose his temper (like we thought he would) when he got unexpectedly wet.
Sammy loves his godparents...
mostly right now he loves Megan for her hair and Matthew for his silly voices.
(both good reasons. maybe why matthew and megan love each other?)
It was nice to have his baptism at home so everyone could be there.
I love how our family is ALL always there for the big stuff. No questions asked.
The kids had lots of fun playing together ...
adults too.
now we are back home and we miss everyone already...
thanks again megan and matthew.
