so i used to have this blog that i kept up with all the time. i took pictures and posted them and tried to find witty things to say.
who has time for that shit now? not this mom. almost nightly i lay down with eli in his ultra comfy full size bed with the softest sheets and fleece blankets... we cuddle and talk about his day...and bam...i'm out like a light. maybe before he even is some nights.
so yeah, we are here. we are alive. we are living life...
i finally got around to downloading some of my videos off my phone to photobucket. let's see if i can get them to post here...
mike took eli to his first cross fit kids class. they are supposed to practice at home.
we took the boys to feed the ducks in granville. we had our bread, but wouldn't you know...we couldn't find any damn ducks. we finally found a pond with 2 in it... but apparently they eat well and swimming towards old bread was not in their top 10 list of things to do that day. good thing eli likes old bread.
sammy can count, as in, numbers... maybe not all in a row, but he knows that 2-6 go in that order, and 8-10 fall somewhere after. and then you just say things like mmm-teen, mmm-teen, mmm-teen over and over.
it's cute.
brothers bonding over what else? the proper way to organize your cars/trucks. a loud car pile, and a quiet car pile.
more organizing cars...into a straight line, like a traffic jam. eli says, mommy, would a tractor be in a traffic jam?
and of course, the beach. i wanna go back!
