Hi boys and girls.

our basement is almost done!!!

carpet tomorrow and just a few plumbing finishing touches (like a toilet!)

and then mike can move down there until Sam is born!

ha, not joking.

my snoring is keeping him awake at night, and that doesn't say much for me since he is used to sleeping with loud snoring men at the firehouse.

apparently pregnancy makes me snore LOUD.

But it's fine with me if he wants to go down there because then i can make it as COLD as i want in our bedroom and turn the TV on loud and take up the whole bed.

(i sorta get now why my grandma and grandpa shull had seperate bedrooms.)

Mike and Eli had another fun day today.

Mike got a flat tire and Eli helped him change it... held the lug nuts and handed them to him one at a time like a good little helper.

They played outside in the sand and water and went to the park.

I was at work all day, talking to every single customer about when my baby is due, and no I'm not having twins, and yes I'm sure and no it's my second.

it's so funny how every person likes to chat with a pregnant woman.

i wish i was at home all day with little boy. (aka game changer... love his shirt!)

32 weeks today.

I'm sitting here feeling hiccups and watching an elbow or foot shift across my whole belly.

baby center says sam weighs almost 4 pounds and is as big as a jicama.

i don't even know what that is, but i can tell you he is huge.

baby center also has a list this week of suggestions to pack for the hospital.

i bought some comfy cotton pj's for my stay in the hospital with a matching robe.

i really can't believe it is time to do this again.

some days it feels like i have been pregnant for 10 years and other moments i feel like i am still waiting for eli, because it has gone so fast!

i will also mention that i am so glad i don't have to go through labor.

i know a c-section doesn't seem appealing to most people, but to me?

cut him out and hand him to me.

give me some percocet and i'll be good to go.

here is eli and his little girl cousins from this weekend.

they still don't play very well together.

the girls do of course, but eli still kind of just watches them while they do their thing.

and gracie is still just mostly scared of eli.

michelle asked her what she thought eli would do with his new baby brother sam.

her reply?

hmmm... probably.... hit him.

i know she's right, i'm just hoping we can keep it to a minumum. :)
