laziness



sam's 9 month check-up is under his belt.

I would say he made it with flying colors.

 

21 lbs 1 oz.

28 1/8 inches.

 

both making him just about average.

we like average.

 [average is easier to keep in clothes.]



 

i feel that he is above average on the cuteness...

I mean, look at that face? Such a happy boy, even after a shot and a double heel poke to check for hemoglobin and lead.

 

we discussed the fact that sammy boy has NO interest WHATsoEVER in crawling.

 

Maybe he can, maybe he can't, but what it comes down to - I think, and the doctor thinks - is that he plain and simply just doesn't WANT to.

(the word "lazy" may or may not have been thrown around.)

 

So ... until he can walk, i think i will buy some more time on only having 1 mobile kid.

 

(who by the way, loves his new basement set up with a big screen and a little ELI chair, blankets, snacks, milk and juice, and all.
