Slow

10 straight days of working OVER!! I'm so excited for our weekend!! 3 days - me and the boys. Mike is helping wauwau and little papa move this weekend and I'm taking the kiddos to mogadore. As much as I'm sure Eli would love to help -- we are better off out of the way.
I am such a home body and I love to be HOME, in pjs, slippers: CHILLIN' out. In the old days it involved watching lifetime movies all day, reading books, and taking naps. Today, it doesn't exist. Haha. I still am a home body but there is ALWAYS something to do. Clean this, feed this person, fold this laundry, clean up spilled milk. My eyebrows haven't been plucked in months and I sleep FAR less than ever before in my life.
And just when I am consumed with how overwhelmed I am, where I need to go, what lamp I need to return at target -- Eli looks at me and in his cute little voice and says "where's mommy gotta go NOW?!"
Lesson learned. TIME out.
These two little boys are only gonna be this little and this cute for so long.
Slow down.
Slow.
I need to remind myself of that.
Daily.

So here's to 3 days off. We started off tonight with an Easter Bunny house Kit. A huge success in Eli world.
