operation baby brother/sister

I guess it's time I fill you in, but I just really don't understand it all.
Mommy & Daddy want me to have a baby brother or sister.
I'm cool with that, but apparently it's a lot of work.
Some man named Dr. Spirtos gives mommy and daddy a baby, but it takes a long time and a whole lot of money.
Dr. Spirtos is responsible for MY life, so we like him. a lot.
Dr. Spirtos lives by my grandparents, and we gotta drive far and a lot of times to visit Dr. Spirtos before he decides to give us this baby sister or brother.
But what this means for me is that I get to ride in the car a lot, but I make the best of it.

It also means I get to visit my family a lot while we are up north.

Gracie and I jumping on uncle Matthew's bed... also known as "the uncle".

All this time she's spending with me, pretty soon Gracie's gonna decide she likes me after all.

And since we are such mult-taskers in this family
(you saw me reading while traveling, right?)
we were able to have an anniversary party while we were up seeing Dr. Spirtos.

My grandma and grandpa Windon have been married 40 years.
That is a long long time. Ask grandma, she'll tell you. :)

We also celebrated the 40th anniversary of Mary and Bob Hoch.
Mary and Bob are my godfather Andy's parents.
They are like family to us.
80 years together...
that's wild.
We had such a fun party!

Today we lounged around, watched football, took naps, played outside, remembered 9-11.
It was a nice day with family.

Ok maybe we did a little online shopping too.
But mommy and daddy and I just got to hang out and RELAX for once.
Uncle Markie too.

Back to the grind tomorrow... work work work for mommy and daddy, and I have my mix of Maureen and grandma Windon. I miss my Bonz and my toys.

And I'll keep you posted on operation Baby Windon #2.
It might be awhile.
